Room Policies


* Check-In 2:00 PM | Check-Out 11:00 AM.
* Late arrivals must confirm their reservation and make arrangements with the office.
* To cancel a reservation, you must cancel your reservation at least 7 days in advance.
* If a reservation is cancelled in less than the 7 day span, you will be charged one nights rental fee.
* If receiving a refund for a cancellation a $15 service fee will be charged.
* To cancel a reservation, you must contact the motel directly at 315-369-3817. Sorry emails will not be accepted.
* Rates are based on Double Occupancy.
* Children 12 and under stay for free.
* Any person 13 years of age or older will be an additional $10.00 charge per evening.
* Cots are an additional $10.00 per night rental.


IMPORTANT NOTE:

* All "In-Season" weekends require a 2 night minimum stay.
* Also, some weekends MAY require a 3 night stay such as Martin Luther King Weekend,
Fourth of July, President's Weekend and Labor Day Weekends. Some weekends during peak
Fall Foliage season may also apply.
* Please note we love them but, Sorry No Pets Allowed.
